2026 Updated Cancellation, Refund and Children in Salon Policy. Everyone’s time is valuable, and it is due to numerous last-minute cancellations that we will be implementing and enforcing the following cancellation policy. Please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you will be charged a less than 24hr cancellation fee of 60% the price of your scheduled appointment time. No shows are banned from online booking and will be charged 100% of the service cost and prepayment will be required for any future appointments. Holding your appointment with either a credit card or a prepaid deposit is now required. No exceptions. Prepaid deposits consist of 60% of the service cost and can be done when scheduling appointments online or by Cash, Venmo, or Cashapp. No online appointment will be approved without a credit card or deposit. We love our littlest clients and while we understand that children are a joy, salons can be dangerous. With sharp objects, chemicals and spinning chairs, what looks like a fun amusement park for children is extremely dangerous. We ask that unless your child is having a service please plan to come solo as safety is our biggest concern. Children receiving services must also be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, whomever is legally allowed to make decisions on the child's hair. No chemical services are performed on children under 12 regardless of parental consent. We'd also like to highlight our no-refund policy. We do our very best to create a look for you that is a reflection of you. However, sometimes something needs adjusting. When notified within 7 days post service, we are happy to address any concerns you may have about your look. ❤️ We thank you for understanding these important policy changes.
